Description

Welcome to QiYo Saber Fusion! Join me for in-depth insight and technique that can be applied to your current yoga practice or help start a new and exciting practice of your own!
This course combines traditional yoga with the breath work and movement of Qi Gong. Several other martial arts styles are also weaved in throughout the instruction. As a certified 500 hour yoga teacher with knowledge in freestyle staff spinning, Qi Gong and various fitness styles, I am confident you will love this unique course. Being an artist has also allowed me to create fun and energetic sequencing that is easy to follow, but will also challenge you along the way.

Within each flow, I have included movements from freestyle bo staff spinning and have modified them to work with the lightsaber or practice sword. Each flow includes a warm up and can be practiced with or without a lightsaber. There are three different levels of qiyo saber flows included. Each level includes three unique flows that can be practiced until you feel comfortable moving on to the next level.

Learn traditional yoga flows while also learning Qi Gong energy stances, martial arts side kicks, and saber spins like the forward figure eight and the overhead flower! Let’s get started!
