Jasmine Win is a modern-day Qigong Healing instructor and Qigong energy healer. She is the founder of Activate Qigong Healing in beautiful Central Florida.
Jasmine's approach to Qigong Healing is much more than just fitness. She has studied Qigong with world-renowned masters and specializes in the practice of Qigong Healing for the mind, body and spirit. Her teaching style is fun, friendly and practical.
Jasmine’s family background spans both Eastern and Western medicine. In Vietnam, her grandfather was an internal medicine physician, and her grandmother was a holistic healer. While growing up in Vietnam, Jasmine learned from her grandmother as she healed patients in their village. During this time, a seed was planted in Jasmine that would blossom years later.
In her 20’s, Jasmine moved to the U.S. and attended Rollins College in Orlando where she earned her business degree and went on to became a successful investor. Currently she is part owner of an organic health farm based in Atlanta.
For many years Jasmine was struggling with anxiety and chronic back & shoulder pain which made her feel hopeless and broken. Despite these challenges, Jasmine held on to the belief that there must be a way to heal.
She decided to dig deeper into her holistic healing roots from childhood where she discovered a profound natural healing gift. The seeds planted as a child blossomed with her practice of Qigong and Jasmine found both physical and emotional healing.
In awe, Jasmine realized that what she had gone through was the Divine’s way of preparing her for and aligning her with her life’s purpose. Because of her own struggles, Jasmine deeply understands the struggles of others and has a sincere desire to help them. She is humbled and grateful for this gift.
Jasmine’s teaching involves simple movements, gentle breathing and low physical impact. With her uplifting spirit, Jasmine fosters a relaxing and fun learning experience that helps students awaken their own natural healing power.
Finally, Jasmine created the mantra “Qigong It Out” to motivate herself and others to work through any challenges they may face and to find their own awe.
