In this video you will learn the 'ready position' for Qi Gong. This is the position you will come back to between exercises. The 'ready position' is the proper posture and form to maintain for almost all Qi Gong exercises. It's beneficial to master this posture as it will be used throughout.

In this video you will learn a Qi Gong exercise called 'Spinal Twisting'. This exercise helps to 'lengthen the spine' and benefit nerve function.

In this video you will learn one of the most powerful energy-building exercises in Qi Gong. 'Horse Stance' will help to improve your energy, strength and vitality.
Remember to breathe naturally throughout this exercise. Focus on relaxing your arms while holding the posture.

Congratulations! You have now learned the proper form for the 'Ready Position' and FIVE other important Qi Gong exercises. Now it's time to put them all together! In this video Jeff will lead you through the full sequence of exercises you just learned. This routine will take about ten minutes. Once you've memorized the routine you can shorten or lengthen it as needed. Jeff has narrated the video so that you keep in mind all of the posture tips you've learned.
We've included another video below with the same movements but in a shorter version for those times when you need a quick pick-me-up! It's a five minute version. Everyone can spare five minutes - and you'll feel better right away! The five minute version is without narration, so do it only after you're confident in your movements and postures.
Feel free to re-watch the individual exercises as many times as you like so you remember the correct form and posture for each. After you've been doing the routine regularly, it's good to watch the instruction videos again as a refresher.

It's a good idea to journal how you feel throughout your practice. Set a goal such as daily practice for three weeks and then keep track of how you feel before and after the three weeks. When you feel and notice the results you'll be motivated to make it a regular part of your life!

Learn about 'natural breathing' and 'box breathing.' These methods will calm the body without having to do forceful breathing. It's ideal for Qi Gong exercises.
