We will be making the following soap:
1. Cocoa Butter Soap
2. AzeGlyJic Soap ( Azelaic, Glycolic and Kojic Acid )
3. Activated Charcoal with Rose Soap
The fat in cocoa butter forms a protective barrier over the skin to hold in moisture. Cocoa butter is also rich in natural plant compounds called phytochemicals. These substances may improve blood flow to the skin and slow skin aging by protecting against damage from the sun's harmful UV rays. Cocoa Butter helps visibly improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Benefits of Cocoa Butter On Skin:
1. Boosting Skin Health.
Cocoa contains several antioxidants called polyphenols, which are a group of plant-derived chemicals with a range of potential health benefits. These polyphenols may have benefits for good skin health, such as reducing inflammation and protecting the skin from sun damage. One cell study suggests that cocoa polyphenols improved skin elasticity and skin aging and suggested that cocoa butter may enhance these effects.
2. Moisturizing The Skin.
Cocoa butter is mostly made up of fatty acids. These fats may help form a protective layer on the skin, preventing moisture from escaping, and therefore stopping the skin from drying out. Some people also use cocoa butter to relieve skin dryness from common skin conditions, such as eczema and psoriasis.
3. Preventing Stretch Marks.
Cocoa butter can prevent stretch marks from developing, especially during pregnancy. Some doctors and midwives may advise the use of cocoa butter during pregnancy to reduce the risk of stretch marks. Stretch marks are a natural part of pregnancy, and with the help of cocoa butter, many will fade over time.
Contains 3 different Acids:
1. Azelaic Acid:
Azelaic acid works by clearing your pores of bacteria that may be causing irritation or breakouts. It also helps reducing inflammation so acne becomes less visible, less red, and less irritated. It can help cell turnover so your skin heals more quickly and scarring i
s minimized.
2. Glycolic Acid:
Using glycolic acid in your exfoliation routine helps to keep your skin's pH level balanced, fade any lingering acne scars and unclog your pores. It's a truly turbo-charged chemical exfoliant that ensures that your skin reveals itself to be soft and supple. The major advantage of glycolic acid is that it does more than treat breakouts. The ingredient can also tackle hyperpigmentation, dullness, and signs of skin aging, such as lines and wrinkles.
3. Kojic Acid:
Kojic's acid primary use — and benefit — is to lighten visible sun damage, age spots, or scars. This can result in an anti-aging effect on the skin. In addition to skin-lightening effects, kojic acid also contains some antimicrobial properties.
Kojic acid works by blocking tyrosine from forming, which then prevents melanin production. Decreased melanin production may have a lightening effect on the skin.
Here are the top 4 benefits of Activated Charcoal on the skin:
1. Antibacterial and Antifungal
Activated charcoal has been proven to be a major player in kicking yucky stuff to the curb. Highly effective against Escherichia coli (aka E. Coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), this ingredient also inhibits bacteria and fungus in the skin and clogged pores from growing, therefore helping speed up the healing process from acne and skin disorders like eczema and psoriasis.
2. Deep Pore Cleansing
This amazing ingredient provides deep pore cleaning due to its major adsorbing properties. No, there is no typo here. Adsorbing by definition means the adhesion in an extremely thin layer of molecules (as of gases, solutes, or liquids) to the surfaces of solid bodies or liquids with which they are in contact, or in short, acts as a glue or magnet to extremely small substances and bringing them to the surface. This is why activated charcoal is so doted over by people with oily and clogged skin. By sticking itself to impurities and bringing them to the surface, detoxifying dirty skin is a breeze.
3. Oil-Balancing
Because of its absorbent properties leaving skin clog-free, your pores focus less on producing oils for ridding impurities from pores. With continued use of activated charcoal, over time pores appear and become smaller therefore major oil production is no longer needed. Who wants to work overtime anyway? Definitely not your pores.
4. Gentle Exfoliation
Powdered activated charcoal is slightly gritty so it makes a really nice exfoliant. Exfoliation plays a crucial part in a healthy skin regimen because it helps get rid of the dull dead layers of skin so that new and healthier skin underneath can shine its brightest.
5. Smooth and Refined Appearance
With all of the benefits of activated charcoal: antibacterial, antifungal, pore-cleansing, impurity-fighting, and exfoliating, your skin gets a brand new canvas to work with. Detoxifying your skin of unwanted debris and reducing congestion means an improvement in radiance and brightness, with pores looking oh so tiny.
With Rose petals and salt scrub that can replenish tired and dry skin. An exfoliating salt scrub massages and removes dead skin cells that give your skin a smooth and vibrant glow.

Artisan Soap Making: Crafting with Nature
Have you ever picked up a handmade bar of soap and thought, “Wow, I wish I could make something like this”? That’s exactly what this course is all about. Soap making is one of those crafts that feels a little magical—you start with a few simple ingredients, and before long, you’ve created something beautiful, practical, and completely your own.
In this course, we’ll take things step by step, so you don’t need any previous experience to jump in. We’ll start with the basics of cold process soap making—what oils to use, how to safely work with lye, and how everything comes together to actually make soap. Once you’ve got the foundations down, we’ll have some fun experimenting with natural colorants, clays, herbs, and essential oils so you can design soaps that reflect your style. Maybe you love bright swirls, maybe you prefer something simple and earthy—there’s no right or wrong here.
The cool thing about soap making is that every batch has its own personality. No two bars ever turn out exactly the same, and that’s part of the joy. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips on how to create balanced recipes, troubleshoot little hiccups, and really understand why certain ingredients behave the way they do.
But more than just the technical side, this course is about enjoying the process. There’s something calming about mixing, pouring, and waiting for your soap to set. It’s hands-on, a little messy, and a lot of fun. You’ll walk away not only with your own handmade soaps, but also with the confidence to keep creating at home.
Whether you’re here because you want to make thoughtful gifts, try a new hobby, or just enjoy the satisfaction of crafting something from scratch, you’ll find this course a welcoming place to start. By the end, you’ll have the skills to make artisan soaps whenever you want—and every bar you make will be a little reminder that everyday routines can be a bit more special when they come from your own hands.
