Description
The task of evaluating and purchasing a home can be daunting. There is a lot to know and understand with homes and making a real estate decision can be overwhelming at times.
This course will go over a large variety of items you should know in your home buying purchase.
We will start with an overview of home ownership and some key items to be mindful of. These items include your location, understanding the value of your home and that the market value of your home does change. We will also be talking about what to do when you are away on vacation regarding to keeping your home safe and looked after.
After we discuss the overview of your home we will go into detail of every module of your home. Included in this discussion will be the following. Each module comes with a PDF and a video of myself explaining the lesson.

Once we have discussed the home as a whole we will review what a home owner should know about their home insurance policy.

In the past I have completed over 900 inspections in my working as a home and septic inspector. I enjoyed inspecting homes, explaining my findings and teaching potential buyers about their home. I now work in the insurance industry where I work to help clients understand their policies and coverages. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn about their homes and insurance policies.
