Description

Psychological Manipulation: Understanding Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic abuse can be very hard to spot because it often looks like normal relationship drama on the outside, even to friends, family, and the courts. It uses sneaky mind games that slowly confuse you, cut you off from support, and make you doubt your own reality — including things you can’t clearly see yet.

Social media often throws around the word “narcissist” like it is just a joke or a buzzword, which can make you feel even more unseen and misunderstood. In this course, you will learn to clearly name what is happening to you, notice red flags you might be missing, and start understanding ways to respond to stop the cycle.

Created by a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Instructor.
