I went to University of Miami School for Architecture, had my own Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage and Software Development Companies. I started investing with my Father in both the Residential and Commercial market. I continue to invest in Real Estate by Flipping and Holding. Although the Real Estate market has had it’s highs and lows through the years, the concepts are always the same. Number do not lie.
I am an Real Estate Investor/Entrepreneur/Developer for mobile/desktop/web. Solid background in leading edge technologies. As founder and CEO of M.L.N. Enterprises, Inc. (Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, Software Divisions) I managed a staff of approximately 40 people. Identified as the first and only company in the Mortgage Banking Industry to develop under Windows in 1989. M.L.N. was bought out by a leading banking software company and part of the contract served as a consultant to ease transition.
I have a strong proven record in developing visually elegant and simple to use systems. A diverse mix of industries including Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, Hospitality, Health Care, Education, Trucking, Entertainment and Horizontal Markets.
