With this training course, you will manage one or more projects in a highly realistic simulation. Course includes 99 days of access to the GoVenture PROJECT MANAGEMENT simulation with the following actions and resources:

• Review milestones

• Conduct research

• Identify tasks and determine budgets, costs, duration, dependencies, and skills needed.

• Assign tasks to various people and teams.

• Build and manage a Gantt Chart, Kanban Chart, Critical Path, and Risk Register.

• Send status reports.

• Monitor project progress over many simulated weeks.

• Manage unexpected events and take action to stay on time and on budget.

Project Scenarios

• Develop a new energy bar.

• Renovate and launch a franchise restaurant.

• Play each project scenario as many times as you want — each scenario takes 2 to 3 hours to complete.
