Description

If you are managing your project requirements using Excel or Word and are getting overwhelmed with change management, then this course is for you. As your project's scope increases, you find yourself dealing with many stakeholders, each concerned with a certain type of requirement (Business, Functional, Non Functional, Performance, Security etc..). These requirements are interdependent and for the project to succeed, you need a disciplined approach for identifying and managing change.

In any project, there is a need for legitimate change in scope. But before making that change, you need to figure out the impact of that change and who can make the change and ensure that the right team has given their approval. You also need to make sure that the downstream and upstream stakeholders are aware of this change and have made appropriate changes in their scope to accommodate this request.

Learn the core concepts of requirements management, including Version Control, Change Management, Change Propagation, and Approval Workflow.  Learn to identify Dangling, Orphan, and Suspect requirements at Folder, Project, and Owner levels. Learn to identify potential pitfalls in your project and solve them before they become major crises.

At the end of this course, you will have a working, world-class requirements management tool and framework.

You will also be eligible for 6 months of Free access to TraceCloud to practice what you learned on a real project. You can start a working project and invite your team members to show off your new learnings.
