The project management phases intersect with 10 knowledge areas, which include integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk procurement, and stakeholder management. This course is designed to provide you with the practical skills and theoretical concepts you need to lead complex projects. The Project Management course will challenge you to develop your knowledge and skills in current Project Management theories, and best practice in the industry. I have organized the lectures into six broad categories- 6 P’s.

This course covers the difficult problems associated with conducting a project; adopting resource allocation, waterfall and agile managerial and life-cycle approach. Finally, it should even cover the issues arising when the decision is made to terminate a project. This course is also intended for current and prospective project managers who wish to share insights and ideas about the field. End of Course materials also include PMP style practice questions and answers based on 6th edition. Note.The PMBOK guide 7th edition has been changed to three main domains People, Process and Business with the focus on Agile, Predictive and hybrid approaches and references used in the lectures. Electrical) with nearly 15 years of diversified Electrical Low Voltage distribution systems, Operation & Maintenance and Project Management experience with effective leadership and managerial skills gained in fast-moving new design-build projects. My career in Electrical Engineering and Project Management started during my time as a student at the University of Teesside in the UK. Here, I studied both Electrical and Electronics, graduating with honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Since then, having 15+ experience in working with multi-national firms specializing in very pilot value-added to multi-billion large-scale projects and fast track delivery from final design to the building testing and commissioning hand-over operational final product within agreed scope and time. I’m highly results-oriented and known as a team player with leadership skills who has consistently stellar performance against target goals. In addition to my robust experience, I’m committed to my own professional development. I’ve consistently studied toward additional certifications to broaden what I bring to the start-up projects to the building project completion.
