PRINCE2 Certified, with hands-on experience in managing numerous medium and large-scale IT Projects for public organizations (Ministries, Banks, Public Companies) and private companies (Insurance, Telco, Shipping, and Pharmaceutical). Deep knowledge and use of Project Management Methodologies (especially Agile) and Software Development Lifecycle Processes. Capable of coordinating multiple teams (stakeholders/partners/subcontractors/internal team of software developers, business analysts, IT Support, etc.), delivering high-quality work under demanding deadlines. Specialization in DMS (Document Management Systems) & BPM (Business Process Management) Systems. COO at Tobea (4 years) and then CEO (June 2023 - July 2024).
