The first stage of the online mock exam will be focused on the first five process groups i.e. Initiation. There are a total of five process groups. These five process groups will also map into the ten knowledge areas that define project management as a whole which then can be broken into its 49 processes that make up the total project management processes as defined in the 6th edition of the PMBOK.

The second stage of the PMP online Mock Exam is the Planning process Group. In this process group there are a total of 24 processes. And as can be seen this process groups make up the most number of processes in project management. Therefore much efforts and time should be spent in this domain to ensure the Project Management Plan is developed comprehensively prior to project execution.

The third stage of the Online Mock Exam involves the Executing processes. And there are a total of ten processes in this process group. The key tasks of this processes are to execute them as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project deliverables within the budget and schedule.

One of the most difficult aspects of this process is coordinating and monitoring many project elements occasionally at the same time during the course of this process.

The fourth stage of the project management life cycle is the monitoring and controlling process group. And there are twelve processes in this domain.

The last stage of the Online Mock Exam is the closing process group. And this is actually the easiest in the whole of the project management life cycle, however if this is not done correctly it can be quite tedious and cumbersome. The following are key activities to be carried out in the Closeout of the project:-

• Obtain final acceptance

• Transfer ownership of deliverables etc.
