What you'll learn

Requirements
- Access to a desktop computer or a Laptop.
- 2 or 3 years working experience in construction environment, specifically Building and Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management (EPCM)
- A basic knowledge in Project Management including project initiation, planning, execution & control and closing.
- Access to planning tool such as Microsoft Project 2010 or 2016.

In this course you will learn a simple easy steps to implement using practical tools to complete any project you undertake. We follow the basic principles of PMBOK Guide to show you how to plan and manage a project.
