This course is a result of 25 years of consulting project management experience, applying for thousands of jobs and attending hundreds of interviews, as well as numerous conversations with leading recruiters. This seminar will explain how companies look for project management candidates, using the “magic recruitment formula”. You will also learn about the filters your resume goes through – HR software, junior recruiters, and Account/HR managers – and how it is being analyzed and assessed at each step. Jamal will also explain what exactly you should have on your resume and in what format. Furthermore, you will discover the static as well as dynamic sections of your resume and how to maintain them.
