Description

6 FULL PRACTICE EXAMS, 360 ORIGINAL QUESTIONS

Six complete exams, 60 questions each, timed at 60 minutes, the same format as the real exam. Every question was written for the 7th edition of the method, released in September 2023.

BUILT FOR THE EXAM YOU WILL ACTUALLY SIT

The 6th edition exams were withdrawn at the end of 2024. Only the 7th edition is examined now. That changed real things: the pass mark went from 55% to 60%, themes became practices, people joined as a fifth integrated element, and sustainability became the seventh aspect of project performance. Material built on the 6th edition no longer matches the exam in front of you.

SIX TESTS THAT GROW WITH YOU

Test 1 gives you an honest baseline at 50%. Tests 2 and 3 raise the detail and the difficulty. Test 4 is the full exam simulation and sits exactly on the 60% pass mark of the real exam. Tests 5 and 6 go deliberately above it and finish at 70%. Clear Test 6 and the real exam should feel like familiar ground.

AN EXPLANATION FOR EVERY SINGLE OPTION

After each test you see why the right answer is right. Every option, including the three you ruled out, has its own explanation saying why it does not fit. Each question also names the syllabus area and topic it covers, so you always know where to read more.

EVERY QUESTION TAGGED TO A SYLLABUS AREA

Questions carry one of the five syllabus areas: key concepts, principles, people, practices, processes. The overall mix follows the published weighting, where practices account for 60% of the exam and processes for 15%. Your result therefore tells you what to revise, not just how you scored.

WHAT YOU WILL PRACTISE

  • The seven principles and how they are applied

  • The seven practices: business case, organizing, plans, quality, risk, issues, progress

  • The seven processes from Starting up a Project to Closing a Project

  • Roles, responsibilities and the three project interests

  • People, leading change, communication and culture

  • Tolerances, exceptions, delivery approaches, tailoring and sustainability

START WITH TEST 1

Take Test 1 cold, before you revise anything. Whatever the number is, it shows you which syllabus areas are costing you marks. Everything after that is targeted work instead of rereading the manual front to back.
