Introduction and overview to the course and instructor.
Overview of Phase One of Project Management - Initiation
What Initiation is, how it fits into Project Management, and why it is a key step in getting consistently good results.
Overview of Phase Two in Project Management - Planning. This is the step that I think is the most important. It is the foundation for everything that comes after, and can even help you refine your ideas in Phase One.
Getting into the action! This lesson takes you through the process our example subjects use to complete their projects.
Phase Four of Project Management will help keep you on track on all of your projects, and help you figure out where you might need to make changes in your plan to accomplish your goals.
How do you close out a project? For a formal project, this should be structured according to a contract or agreement. For a personal project, consider closing your project too! It can be an affirmation that it is complete, that you met all of your objectives, or reward yourself for all of the hard work!
Wrapping up the steps we have covered, the examples provided, and what you should be able to do with this information to help you complete successful projects in YOUR life.

And possibly make changes to the original idea based on the research you will do. You will get an idea of time, cost, and priorities that will be the basis for your plan. In Execution, you will see how our example subjects get started on their project. And how to make changes to the Plan when and if they are necessary.
