“Project Cost Management and Sales Forecasting with Excel Course" depends on my 20 years’ experience as a project manager in digital communication and gaming projects. I will explain to you how you can manage your project costs and finish your projects in your budget limits.
In this course we will work on 4 case studies.
First of all, we will design a project budget proposal for a client project with our profit margin.
Our next case study will be estimating our project costs and budget for a short-term project.
The third case study will be designing an Ad-Sale conversion table in excel with simplified formulas.

I have 20 years of experience in project management and business development. I have been teaching in these fields for five years, I taught in Istanbul Bilgi University Digital Game Design Department and continue to organize courses in Istanbul Beykoz University Art and Design Faculty and ProjePark Workshop.
