Introduction about Style & Beauty Experts & How to identify your Client's style24:17
In this video, you will be taught on how to analyse customer's style personality by getting them to fill out the attached wardrobe personality questionaires for your clients.
While you are consulting them, please use the Appendix I forms and the attached questionaires in this presentation, and get your clients to fill up the forms. This purpose is to know them better and their intention to attend this consultation with you. Once you are clear of their intention to achieve the type of wardrobe and/or life goals, it will be easier for you to serve them.
Find out your client's body shape9:45
We will get our clients to identify their own body shapes. If the consulting is done online, and if client is wearing loose clothing, we will request for our client to grab the loose clothing by the waistline so that we can identify a much more accurate body shape for them. Please note most of the ladies who have given birth have a wider hip, hence most of them will fall into triangle body shape category. For women, who have wider shoulder than their hip, then they will fall into inverted triangle body shape category.
For women who have a bigger bustline like Oprah Winfrey, she will fall into round body shape category.
