The concept of health coaching is really gaining root in this modern time, people are more conscious of their health because our health is our wealth and a sound mind lives in a healthy body. Health coaching is the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical interventions and strategies so that the health coach can actively and safely engage their own client for a very healthy behavior change for the betterment of the client well being. Health coaches are well trained and well position to aid in the safe guiding of clients who have chronic condition so they can  skillfully manage them to ensure that they become well. Health coach cannot gain the maximum impact without following the health coaching process model, Health coaches need to establish relationship, this process begin clearly with engagement and trying to build a very deep trust with the client which aid in building good rapport between the client and the health coach, there should be a feeling of connectedness, which will be comfortable and create more relax atmosphere for exchange of ideas to aid the coaching work. Motivational interview helps to raise the clients awareness which allows them to know more about the problem or challenges and the best possible ways to reduce their ambivalence about change, it also help coaches to know more details about the client issues and develop the best strategies to aid in resolving the problems.

A good health coach will helps you anticipate and overcome obstacles, the concern of the health coach is that their clients are heal with more strength and vitality so they can go on their daily activities with skill and confidence, their aim is to help you to also identify solutions that will be agree by both sides so that there will be mutual understanding to ensure success.
