Requirements

  • 1. The Language Requirement Intermediate (B1) level of English or higher. Students should be able to understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work. A basic understanding of Khmer (Optional, but helpful as I provide cultural context and common translation tips specific to the Cambodian workplace).
  • 2. Professional Context Current employment or seeking employment in a professional, corporate, or international environment. A desire to move into a leadership or management role where communication with senior stakeholders is required.
  • 3. Mindset & Tools An open mind to unlearn traditional "school-style" English and adopt a "Professional/Business" mindset. Access to a computer or mobile device to download the provided scripts and email templates. No previous HR knowledge is required; I will provide all the professional context you need from an HR perspective.
