The My Life section begins your journey. Before you move ahead, you need to know where you are. So, in this section you are going to look at your life as it is...TODAY!
Now that you've looked at your life as it is today, it's time to look at where you want to be! The Dare to Dream section allows you to uncover your true passions and dream of your ultimate life!
You now have looked at your life today, and what you would like it to look like. After the last two sections you should have a good idea of some things you want in life (goals).
Now that you've created some things you want in your life...it's time to define and understand them. The Goal Breakdown Formula does just that...allows you to understand you goals on a completely different level.
Now that you understand your goals, you need a plan of action on how to accomplish them. The Timeline is where you build your roadmap for your goals by breaking them into easy, manageable steps.
The Monthly section is where you start putting the goals you have developed into your everyday life. You will start to look at habits you want to create and others you want to change. After the monthly section, your productivity strategies will start to develop.
The Weekly section introduces you to Mindfulness and how it can play an important part in your productivity strategy. You also dive deeper into habits and how to develop new ones. After learning about the weekly section you will have a better understanding of how YOU work and begin to learn how to become more efficient which leads to increased productivity.
The Daily pages are where the magic happens. Repetition breeds consistency which creates habits. The daily pages will show you how to dive deeper into your life and how YOU work on a daily basis. As you learn how you work you can begin to make the small changes in order to become a productivity and efficiency expert. You will learn how to "biohack" yourself to improve your productivity, health and happiness!
Congrats! You have finished, but now it's time begin your journey.
