Tracy Parks Principal and Founder of Simplicated, LLC is a gifted, engaging and enthusiastic leader, speaker, and experienced trainer, passionate about developing and delivering innovative and practical training and imparting skill development to help business professionals create a productive environment to accomplish their work and enjoy their lives.
Tracy who develops and delivers her own productivity and efficiency curriculum works across industries and in the public/private sector for clients such as Boeing, Genentech, T-Mobile, Mercedes Benz USA and Novartis, Wells Fargo and Xerox, as well as working in the educational arena with colleges such as Clemson University, Oregon State University and Central Oregon Community College. Most recently she has developed on-line curriculum for local and county government agencies as well as community college professional development training in subject matters that include email management, time/task/priority management, and, creating a Productive Environment in the Digital Age.
Having spent 30 years as an educator, entrepreneur and business owner, Simplicated, LLC grew out of Tracy’s desire to share the lessons learned throughout her career. As the founder and owner of five successful small businesses, one which reached 1.3 million dollars in sales during its first fiscal year, she fully appreciates the pressures facing the busy business professional. She success in this era of digital overwhelm will be attributed (in part) by well designed and refined work-flow systems to manage information and by leveraging tools and technology.
