Description
Aspiring and experienced PMs alike often ask what product strategy is and how to create product strategy. There are no shortage of opinions or thoughts on the topic, but there are very few practical examples of how to develop proper product strategy. My goal in this course is to quickly demystify the confusion that exists around this topic and provide you with a proven framework and model for developing great product strategy.
I've used this model at multiple companies and in varying roles. I've coached aspiring PMs and experienced PMs alike with this framework. I've launched new product-led business models using this framework, and I've had senior leaders from other functions who have taken this framework and applied it in their own functions. It's safe to say that you'll be learning a proven and practical model that won't let you down.
In this course, you'll learn how to develop practical product strategy. Within a couple of weeks at any company, you'll be able to take a few key inputs and have the ability to craft your product strategy, while leveraging this framework to create stakeholder alignment and challenge key assumptions.
As you go through this course, you'll get the opportunity to reflect on your own situation and start applying what you've learned from this framework right away.
I look forward to hearing how you leverage this framework and how it impacts your practice as a product manager.
