Description

Not feeling confident in your problem solving skills? Or you can probably solve a business problem but you are still unsure if your structure is coherent and logical?

This course will help you building a technical approach to problem solving and to move outside of your existing comfort zone.

The Problem Driven Structure approach to case studies we teach at MyConsultingCoach is derived from the way real consultants work and is fundamentally dependent upon making MECE divisions at every stage of analysis as you solve a problem. For every problem, then, we come up with a bespoke, MECE framework. That's not a naive course from a friend.

This course focuses on divergent thinking, the ability to develop multiple ideas and concepts to solve problems. Through a series of short lectures and examples, learners develop both the how to build the most effective mindset to solve problems and increase their own ability.

Learn how to:

  1. Identify the problem

  2. Structure the problem (MECE-ness, level consistency, simplicity, materiality, actionability, segmentations drivers, etc.)

  3. Test and Deploy your structure (how to prepare and draw out your structure, how to test and communicate it)

  4. Lead the analysis (key issues, how to test the hypothesis etc.)
