In this lesson, we're going to go over the most popular niches of greeting card out there, and how you can subdivide those niches further to find really specific occasions to target. In this lesson, we're going to design the exterior of our sample card in Canva. This will include the front of the card where the main image is, and the back of the card with your shop's branding. Everything used in this lesson is from the Canva design asset library, but you can also use your own artwork if you like doing illustrations.
In this lesson, we will look at the process of adding an interior to your card where you can include text, a quote, a poem, or whatever else you like. As most printable cards do not include anything on the interior, this step is optional, but you can decide whether you want to include interiors designs or not!
In this lesson, I'll share some tips for listing your products on Etsy that are specific to printable cards. This includes a demonstration of how to make mock-up photos in Canva for your product listing images.
In this final lesson, we will look at other products you can create with your greeting card designs, other products that might complement your card collection, or ways that you can go beyond simply digital products in the future.
