My name is Shalewa Paul and I will be your instructor for this course. I am a Plant-Based Chef, Lifestyle Educator and Author. I have an AA degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Atlanta and I am SERV safe certified. I also am a graduate of Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital where I received certificates as a Lifestyle Educator and certificates in Swedish Massage and Hydrotherapy. I am a graduate of Oakwood University with a BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Concentrations in Food and Nutrition, Sociology and Business Administration with a concentration in management. I love teaching individuals how to prepare healthy, tasty plant-based meals.
