Prevention of Sexual Harassment [PoSH]

This course is brought to you by One Future Collective. One Future Collective is a feminist social purpose organisation with a vision of a world built on social justice, led by communities of care. We fight for the right of each person to live a life of safety, dignity and belongingness by catalysing people-power and building just institutions.

Through this course, we'll dive deep into the issue of workplace sexual harassment and explore ways by which we can identify, address, and mitigate workplace sexual harassment. We hope this course gives you insights into the evolution of different legal frameworks governing workplace sexual harassment, the implementation of the PoSH law in Indian workplaces today, how you can contribute meaningfully toward developing a safe workplace and more!

Some of the key course objectives are as follows:

1. To understand the meaning, causes, and impact of workplace sexual harassment.

2. To develop the skills necessary to identify, address, and mitigate workplace sexual harassment.

3. To learn about the evolution of legal frameworks governing workplace sexual harassment.

4. To contribute meaningfully toward fostering safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces.

Through the course, the participants will be able to:

1. Demonstrate increased awareness and understanding of workplace sexual harassment.

2. Understand the legal framework governing workplace sexual harassment in India

3. Enhance skills in identifying and addressing instances of sexual harassment.

4. Contribute to creating a safer and more respectful workplace environment for all.

We are very excited to begin this journey with you to enhance our collective understanding of workplace sexual harassment and contribute to fostering safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces for all. The course consists of modules that include examples, activities, and reflective exercises.
