• 2 Review the GA drawing & B.O.M and other documents.

• 3 Review procedures for the project and find any mistakes.

• 4 prepare project documents and report forms.

• 5 1st project 1512 completing step by step.

Day-2

• 1 Completing st project 1512 Nozzles fit up and welding.

• 2 Review PQR-WPS checks and Welding map.

• 3. check MTC and MRIR.

• 3 review 1511 project documents and step-by-step fabrication.

Day-3

• 1 petrochemical project document and step-by-step fabrication.

• 2 review BOM and material list and material selection.

• 3 pressure vessels fit up.

• 4 Radiographic test types.

Day-4

• 1 Ovality.

• 2 HI-LO Check.

• 3 RT Interpretation

• 4 ASME VIII DIV1
