Description
Presentations are a part of business and business professionals need to make presentations in course of their day-to-day work. Some presentations are made for n internal audience and others for an external audience. A lot of us dread going in front of an audience. Making presentations can be a daunting task for many. This course explains how to create and deliver a presentation through a simple process. If you hesitate while speaking before an audience, if you do not know how to structure a presentation, if you want to learn how to make great presentations, then this is the course for you. Creating great presentations can be easy if you follow a well-defined process. Without a well-defined process you would come up with a meandering presentation that would leave the audience wondering what you wanted to convey. Starting with the subject and coming up with the best possible way in which the ideas can be conveyed to an audience is what you will learn. Making things complex is easy but making complex things easy is tough. This course makes the complex task of creating and delivering a presentation easy. The course uses simple language and a very easy to understand process in order to make presentations easy for you.

Instructor
Dr Atul Sharma, Head, eTrainerCorp, an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, is a well-known professor, a coach and trainer in the fields of Communication & Presentation Skills, Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Management, Time Management, Stress Management, Soft Skills and allied areas. He is the Head of eTrainerCorp, an education and training company founded by him. He studied Civil Engineering at BITS, and then did an M.A.(English), MBA and PhD. Dr Atul Sharma is a regular contributor to training programs held for senior government officials at the National Centre for Good Governance (erstwhile NIAR – National Institute of Administrative Research), and several private and public sector undertakings. He has conducted innovative management development programs at various premier management institutes including XLRI and MDI. He is a keen theatre enthusiast and loves music, poetry, films and travelling. He travelled to Liverpool, UK, at the invitation of IATEFL, to speak on the topic ‘Is Business English teaching in India aligned with industry needs.’ He is also the winner of the IATEFL-BESIG scholarship for the year 2013. He has authored six books – the first of which was authored while he was still a student at BITS. At BITS he created a course: Theatre Art – Acting & Production and authored the textbook for the course “An Introduction to Theatre Art”. His other books include – Why Can’t I?, And Miles to Go…, What You Say Will Make Your Day, How I got My First Job, and Ek Nai Subah Ki Oar Chalein. During the lockdown Dr Atul innovated and created online courses in the Communication and Soft Skills domain and is presently happy helping a lot of people become the best versions of themselves.
