This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
439 tools and 110 practice questions for SHRM-CP preparation in one course: 169 ready-to-use files, procedures, templates, matrices and checklists, 268 models and methods and 2 exam services shown on screen.
Study the topic, take the tool, check yourself with a quiz.
Why SHRM-CP is hard to pass by reading
The SHRM-CP exam does not ask for definitions. It describes a workplace situation and asks what an HR professional should do. Candidates who only read the theory recognise the terms and still choose the wrong answer, because they have never seen how the work is done.
What changes after this course
You learn each exam area through the tools HR uses: a job analysis procedure, selection checklists, review formats, pay and benefits formulas, safety and employee relations procedures. After each topic you answer a quiz. At the end you sit a full timed practice test and plan your exam day.
What is inside: 439 tools, counted file by file
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
My approach to SHRM-CP preparation draws on taking and passing the exam myself. I completed it in one hour and forty minutes, and every question I encountered had one correct answer among four options. The exam had two equal sections, with the option to flag uncertain questions and return to them within a section. That experience informs how I teach the test preparation tools in this course.
How to use the course
Go through the seven core sections in order and take the quiz after each topic. Then sit the full practice test. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
What is included
Where to start
Take the first quiz before you study anything: it shows which HR areas you already know and which need work. Candidates who prepare with working tools remember the logic behind the answers, and every week of delay is a week your exam date moves further away. Enrol now and start your first lesson today.
