    Pregnancy is always a new experience.


    The period during which there have been serious changes in mental and physical state of mother-to-be. Yoga helps us to open up its own reserves, tune in to surrender and live this state as fully as possible, fully immersed in a state of pregnancy.


    The focus of the course is Mother Shanti-power.


    There are no sentiments in the course, but there is deep support for your inner core and spirit in this special period of life. There are no right / wrong asanas in the course. My task is to help you find your ideal movements.


    My task is to teach you to talk and listen to your body.

  • Do's and Dont's during the Prenatal Yoga

    Prenatal Yoga course Shanti Mama (Part 1) consists of 5 short clips from 8 to 30 minutes.


    It is very convenient, because you can choose the duration of your practice, integrating lessons or practicing alone.


    There are 2 levels in the course: beginner / intermediate and intermediate / advanced so that you can independently choose the intensity of your prenatal practice. After all, we can be different from day to day.


    All lessons represent a Yoga Flow: soft, smooth and fluid practice.

    The lesson is aimed at strengthening the entire body, stretching the spine, improving posture and opening the chest.
