Description

Pregnancy is a very special time during a woman's life, it is exciting and joyous, but it can also be challenging on many levels, both physical, mental and emotional. The woman's body is going through enormous changes throughout the pregnancy, and some of these changes come with physical symptoms like nausea, constipation, backache and postural issues.

The course is directed to yoga students of all levels, yoga teachers, pregnant women and all health practitioners, like doulas and midwives, who'd love to know more about the common disturbances that might arise throughout the pregnancy, and learn about specific yoga sequences that can help to alleviate these symptoms.

The course also includes a special meditation to help the mums create a sense of deep relaxation, both in their body and mind, as anxiety is a very common feeling throughout the pregnancy.

The course is YACEP certified, this means that upon completion on request I can send a certificate that counts towards continued education studies with Yoga Alliance.

I am sure this course can be a great help to navigate more consciously throughout this unique and exciting moment in a woman's life, knowing that your body is always supporting you along the way.
