I am Sulochana, I am a yoga instructor of kids, adults and prenatal yoga.
In this prenatal yoga session, I have explained the Chanting, Mantra, Asana, Exercises and relaxation in detail, which boosts positive energy and makes more active the Pregnant woman.
All the techniques used in this course are absolutely safe for a Pregnant woman.

Aum Chant creates positive impact on your surroundings, on you and your growing baby inside the womb.
For a healthy childbirth, it is really beneficial to chant Aum mantra.
Har meaning is "Lord Siva". He is the creator of creation.
During pregnancy, Chanting Har mantra removes fear and obstacles from within.
It creates God's energy within and beyond us.
Adho mukha svanasana helps to improve the flexibility of back of thighs and calf muscles.
This asana strengthens the lower torso and muscles.
This is the most beneficial asana for normal delivery as it improves the flexibility of inner thigh muscles and lower back.
Child pose improves the hormonal balance to your internal system.
Neck pain and back pain issue is very common in pregnant women.
Practicing Marjari Asana or Cat Pose reduces the back pain and neck pain.
Standing Marjari Asana improves the spine mobility.
Also, it is helpful to reduce lower back pain during pregnancy.
This exercise helps us to strengthen our arm and shoulder muscles.
Leg exercises helps to strengthen lower body and increases stability of body.
Thigh exercise makes more flexible to our thighs and lower part of body.
So, for Natural delivery, this exercise has a big role.

Stretching exercise during pregnancy open up belly part and creates more space for your baby.
Side Stretching exercise make more flexible to side part of body.it also creates more space for your baby.
Squat builds up pelvic muscles. During pregnancy practicing squat is very important.
It improves hip portability and safe too.
Body pain is quite common in pregnant woman.
Bending exercise is helpful to reduce body pain and back pain during labor.
Body patting is helpful to reduce the body stiffness.
Warrior pose energies complete body.
During pregnancy, practicing Warrior pose, makes more flexible to your body parts.

Twisting exercise helps to flexible side part of body muscles.
Anulom Vilom or Alternate Nostril Breathing is very beneficial for pregnant women.
It reduces depression and stress. This asana provides more oxygen to mother and baby.
Sitali Pranayama helps to reduce anger and depression during pregnancy.
It also helps to reduce sweating issues and it controls BP.
Daily practice of Sitkari pranayam controls BP during pregnancy.
Chandra vedana Pranayam is of the Pranayam, which is practiced to control BP.
Press the top of ring finger to control BP during Pregnancy.
Bee-breathing helps to give a stress-free life during pregnancy.
It reduces mental illness.
Practicing udgeet is helpful to get a stress-free life.
Ujjayi pranayama is helpful to reduce thyroid and obesity issue.
It helps to reduce throat pain.
Savasana plays an important role in prenatal yoga.
At the end of the yoga practice, savasana is done to provide complete relaxation to all of our body parts.
