Hello and welcome to "Preconception to Postpartum" where you will learn how to create healthy habits before pregnancy, choose the providers and place for your birth, plan your expenses, and make the birth process and transition into new parent as fulfilling and comfortable as possible. You are the ideal student for this course if you are a soon-to-be parent or are supporting someone who is pregnant or soon will become pregnant. As a trained doula and licensed teacher with experience teaching students from ages 3 to 60+, I look forward to sharing what I've learned with you!

Instructor
I am a licensed teacher in the state of Indiana, a trained doula, and a Master's level graduate of Medical Anthropology with a specialty in maternal healthcare. I have taught professionally from kindergarten English all the way up to undergraduate Public Health courses. I have an interest in a wide variety of social issues, language study, cultural anthropology, personal finance, and many other topics that I hope to explore by creating and attending courses on Udemy!
