Practical Project Management Course

This course is the fastest way to learn the basic skills you need to work as a project manager. The course is for those who want to develop their ability to plan and lead projects, from beginners to experienced. You may currently be working as a project manager and want to deepen your knowledge, or you may have recently been appointed to lead your first project. Students, project staff and steering committee members will also benefit greatly from this course, and of course consultants who wants to offer services as a project manager.

The course is first of all based on my own experiences of having worked as a project manager for 25 years in IT and operations at, for example, Svenska kraftnät with responsibility for the Swedish electricity transmission system, Lantmännen which is owned by 17,000 Swedish farmers, Swedbank - a major bank in Sweden, large media companies such as Schibsted, Bonnier, Egmont and Aller. The course is also based on and adapted to my knowledge of project models such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile methods.
