The course is first of all based on my own experiences of having worked as a project manager for 25 years in IT and operations at, for example, Svenska kraftnät with responsibility for the Swedish electricity transmission system, Lantmännen which is owned by 17,000 Swedish farmers, Swedbank - a major bank in Sweden, large media companies such as Schibsted, Bonnier, Egmont and Aller. The course is also based on and adapted to my knowledge of project models such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum and Agile methods.
