There are times in life when we can become stuck in a emotion or feeling and we can't escape from the negative loop. This is the time you can withdraw from your happiness bank.
make a withdrawal you shift into a higher or elevated emotion in this case happiness. This then enables you to gain a new perspective on a situation that you were unable to see before. Negative emotions trap you into fear and a fight or flight response. Changing your state switches the areas of the brain being used allowing creativity, problem solving and clear headed thinking.
Once you have created your happiness bank it will always be there for you to withdraw from anytime you want to change your emotional state.
The world that we live in is chaotic and as much as we would like to there is no way that we can control everything outside of ourselves.

A positive attitude is important for creating the life you want to live. In today’s world positive thinking is hard we are surrounded by lack, scarcity and fear making it difficult to retain a positive outlook.
When you become trapped in the negative it shuts down the part of the brain that deals with problem solving, reasoning and creativity. You then become trapped in a negative loop where it appears there is no way out of a situation.
According to the Mayo Clinic positive people have:
· Better heart health
· Increased lifespan
· Stronger immune systems
· Increased mental and physical health.
· Decreased anxiety and stress
· Better relationships
· Better clarity, focus and concentration
The good news is that we can train our mind to focus on the positive rather than on the negative, like a muscle. The more we think positively, the more we will act that way whenever problems arise.
Do you remember watching the famous cartoon, Tom and Jerry. When the mischievous cat, Tom wants to do something bad to the mouse, Jerry, an Angel and a Devil will pop up on both sides of his shoulder.
The Angel will tell Tom to stop and think about the good of Jerry. On the other hand, the Devil will convince Tom to catch and cook the mouse.
So who wins the Angel or the Devil? The answer is whichever Tom chooses to focus on.
The same goes in our lives, you and me. There are always the positive and negative thoughts that we can choose and decide to focus on. If you choose to dwell on the negative, the negativity will grow and expand. Conversely, if you choose to focus on the positive, the positivity will grow and expand and make you a better person.
Over the next 6 weeks I will teach you how to use EFT Tapping to change your thoughts and feelings and by the time you finish this course you will become an expert in recognising negative thoughts and patterns and how to change those patterns anytime you choose to. You will also have mastered EFT tapping and be able to apply it to any area of your life with ease.
