Instructors
I have been teaching Japanese in Japan and Thailand, also tutoring online to students all over the world from kids to adults with all levels from beginners to advanced.
My background:
I have studied eduction for 4 years in University and have become a nursery teacher at nursery school (childcare institute) in Japan in 2011. My interest has become teaching languages after graduating from English language school in Europe and I started teaching Japanese language to foreign kids and English language to Japanese kids. Then, my passion for teaching Japanese has expanded ever since so I started to teach Japanese not only kids but also adults. I have been teaching for any ages and for any Japanese levels, plus have helped many learners pass JLPT and get a job in Japan too. In tutoring, many students who have come across to my class either have started as completely beginners or had struggled learning in school and been seeking for a tutor that eases their difficulties with more detailed explanations and helps them improve naturally. I have been doing my best to give each student satisfaction in class and high motivation to keep enjoying improving their Japanese.
My professions:
- Japanese teacher/tutor
- English tutor for Japanese speakers
- Nursery teacher/childcarer
- Kindergarten teacher
I am a Japanese teacher currently living in Japan with more than 4 years of teaching experience.
Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed talking to different people, so I decided to study English with the aim to connect to different cultures and more people. Later, I became interested in Italian culture and studied Italian language in the beautiful city of Florence, Italy.
This is when I understood the importance and the beauty of learning a foreign language. The study of the Italian language and culture simply changed who I am and how I see the world. This experience led me to become a Japanese teacher. Learning a new language means learning new values and ways of thinking. Deeping the Italian culture, actually made me appreciate more who I am and where I am coming from. After my studies in Europe I decided to return to Japan and since then I am a Japanese language teacher and a forever Japanese culture learner. It is my great pleasure to teach the Japanese language and give my students the chance to connect to a different world.
I have taught students of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Many of my students have passed the JLPT and some have gone on to study in Japan. In my lessons, I strive to maximize my students' interests and curiosity because we learn most effectively when our interests are maximized, and curiosity is a great motivator to lead our lives.
I would be very happy to accompany you on your Japanese language journey!
