The Practical Business Analysis - Part 1 2019! Real stuff, no faff! course is created for the analysts, by the analysts. I created this to cater to experienced and seasoned professionals, as much as to entry-level and mid-level analysts and managers. More importantly I did not lose sight of the young graduates fresh out of colleges and universities mulling over the idea of business analysis as a career option. This course aims to fill the much felt gap in the market for an insightful course that is developed for the analysts, by the analysts!
The Practical Business Analysis -Part 1 course has six modules and each module has 4-7 lectures. So, its a comprehensive course with a great lineup of 18 lectures. SUMMARY
Pardha Saradhi Mantravadi is an experienced and well-qualified trainer, coach, mentor, influencer and thought leader on business analysis, product management, digital platforms, agile methods and user experience areas. Above all, he is a practising business analysis professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He is the founder and director of Texavi Innovative Solutions and is currently building his dream-project, a community platform for analyst community called analyst-zone.

Pardha is a qualified trainer, delivering training sessions across the UK, USA and India in the last 15 years. He is a certified trainer for business analysis and agile product development courses by BCS and IIBA, the leading training and content providers, based in the UK and North America respectively. He is also proficient in imparting training on agile development, user experience, business architecture and UML. Over the past couple of decades, Pardha has been delivering the following types of training:

Pardha started delivering training sessions in 2006 covering numerous areas such as business analysis, software product development and analysis, UML (Unified Modeling Language), software engineering methods, social businesses, usability and user experience practices. He delivered customized corporate in-house training sessions in organizations such as Accenture, Merrill Lynch, Core projects and Technologies, Steelwedge Software, Rave Technologies, Aptech Limited, Pinnacle Info-solutions etc., to name a few. Pardha also delivered public domain training and conducted workshops in conferences, seminars and events such as Social Media Week in London, IIBA’s conference in Welingker Institute, USID’s Innovation in Software Development conference in Hyderabad to mention a few.
Pardha is an authorized trainer, approved by IIBA to deliver the IIBA’s certification courses (ECBA, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis, CCBA, Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis and CBAP, Certified Business Analysis Professional). In his role as a practising IT Professional, Pardha is Lead Agile Business Analyst and Product Specialist with extensive experience in the business analysis, data analytics, customer experience areas, working on product engineering, platform development projects using agile development methodologies. With over 20 years of work experience, he has rich functional expertise in Financial Services, eCommerce, Publishing and Digital/Online Media domains. Pardha helped large organisations in the UK such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Cambridge University Press, RSC Publishing (Royal Society of Chemistry), King's College London, SHL Group, Ground Control and Northgate Information Solutions PLC, as well as startups like Global Dawn and Texavi Innovative Solutions, to conceptualise, design, develop and deliver their products, applications and platforms successfully.
RECENT CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
Pardha's recent work with HSBC as Lead Business Analyst - Digital and Agile, involves working with global teams on developing digital platforms for wealth management and client communications. These include new feature development as well as market activations in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and Luxembourg. The platforms and tooling encompass usage and configuration of Avaloq (core banking platform), Finantix (Front-end and back-end suite), APIs, JSONs, Tealium and Jira. He also does knowledge sharing in the BA Forum, mentoring and guiding BAs and junior analysts while at HSBC
Prior to this, in his role with Deutsche Bank as a Senior Business Functional Analyst in Big Data Analytics, Pardha was working with the LAMBDA (Leading Asset Management in Big Data Analytics) Team in London. His responsibilities and achievements include interactions with senior stakeholders, identifying and specifying business use cases (using Wiki), converting them into user stories (on Jira), creating data models and schemas (using OmniGraffle and Visio), cleansing and processing data using GCP Cloud tools such as DataLab, DataPrep and ML Engine. Recently was also involved in working on PoCs with leading cloud providers like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP for self-service data science platform and tooling within Deutsche Bank.

Pardha's key strengths are effective communication, negotiation, team facilitation, customer and stakeholder interactions, product management and user engagement. He has rich experience and expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum and also in UML(Unified Modeling Language) and RUP(Rational Unified Process) approaches. A few key artifacts that Pardha delivers as part of the projects and initiatives are product vision and roadmap, product backlog, requirement specifications, user stories, use cases,information architecture, data models, and wireframes. He also conducted user research studies and usability testing in the UK, USA, China and India in universities, large corporates, research and academic institutions, Harvard, MIT, UCL to name a few.

Pardha has extensive experience in working with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Omni Graffle, Jira, Wiki, Balsamiq, Rational suite (Rose and Requisite Pro). He is also at ease working with Microsoft Office package for presentations, spreadsheets, and Word documents. An MBA in Systems and Marketing with a B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics and Computer Science, Pardha holds International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis). Also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). He is also experienced in conducting collaborative innovation games and is a Certified Collaboration Architect in Agile Product Innovation.
