Paste: Inserts copied or cut content into the slide.
Cut: Removes selected content and stores it on the clipboard.
Copy: Duplicates selected content to the clipboard.
Format Painter: Copies the formatting of selected text or objects and applies it to others.
New Slide: Adds a new slide to the presentation.
Layout: Changes the layout of a slide (e.g., Title Slide, Two Content).
Duplicate Slide: Creates a copy of the current slide.
Reset: Resets the slide layout to its original state.
Section: Organizes slides into collapsible sections.
Change font styles and sizes.
Apply bold, italic, underline, and other text effects.
Modify text color and highlight important text.
Use the Clear Formatting option to reset text to default settings.
You would be able to modify text styles, size, and color and apply decorative effects to enhance readability.
Bullets & Numbering – Adds bullet points or numbered lists.
Alignment – Aligns text to the left, center, right, or justified.
Line Spacing – Adjusts the space between lines of text.
Increase/Decrease Indent – Moves text in or out for better organization.
Text Direction – Changes text orientation (horizontal, vertical, rotated).
Align Text – Aligns text vertically within a text box.
Convert to SmartArt – Transforms a text list into a graphical SmartArt diagram.

Shapes – Inserts various shapes (rectangles, circles, arrows).

Arrange – Controls layering of objects (Bring to Front, Send to Back).
Quick Styles – Applies predefined formatting styles to shapes.

Advance Slide: Specify whether to advance slides on a click or after a set time.

The Animations tab in PowerPoint controls the motion effects applied to text, images, shapes, and other objects on a slide. It allows users to enhance presentations by making elements appear, disappear, move, or emphasize key points.

Use the Animation Pane to manage multiple animations on a slide.
Customize animation effects using Effect Options.

Start Recording – Begins recording slides with voice narration.
Pause Recording – Temporarily stops recording without resetting progress.

Thesaurus – Suggests synonyms for selected words.
