As part of this comprehensive course, similarities between leadership styles and animal packs will be investigated to highlight the most effective corporate leadership strategies for execution in a highly competitive world. These animals include the following management and leadership principles:

The principles of animal behaviour include the issues such as the Natural selection of animals vs humans, how animals learn and develop basic survival skills, vs a small little human baby, trying to sit, crawl and eventually walk on its own. Animals evaluate other species and copy their behaviour by adapting to their strategies, making effective decisions, planning for the winter months, protecting their colony against an ambush, and growing and developing their babies to become caregivers, soldiers and workers to ensure the ultimate survival of the pack. As human beings, we utilise language and body signals to express feelings of sadness, aggression and frustration. Animals have their ways to protect themselves, developing alarm sounds of danger with noise and communicating via smells, and odours, keeping predators away and making themselves look bigger, more powerful and more worthy.

Human and animal mating preferences are similar, where genetics, DNA, natural talents, looks and power plays an essential part in selecting a potential mate that can deliver strong and healthy offspring. Co-operating amongst a pack of wolves is given, where the alpha male demands action and his servants are available within a split of seconds to fulfil his wishes. The CEO demands a personal favour from you … he possesses positional power, information power and even reward power …. Therefore without thinking twice, you execute his demands, because he …. Signs your salary paycheck at the end of the month and he decides who gets hired and who gets fired

Short stories, activities, videos and tests will enhance this learning experience and transform you into a leader with a new perspective and insight on best practice Leadership principles and techniques to implement them successfully.
