
These are to be used anytime. Either by teachers, parents or kids and teens themselves. They are great to start the school day with, before a test or exam or use them before bed. Calm is an amazing ingredient to change anyone's lives.
Section Two are Quick Techniques, Breathing and Meditations that are no more than 5 minutes.
Section Three has longer movement flows that are under ten minutes.
This all depends on how much time you have.
You can do one from either section daily for optimal results.
If your child is under 3 then just do the video meditations with them. Over 3 they will be able to start to do most of the techniques. The animals, sounds and music is calming for the little ones.

It is hard to just breathe deeply when you need to. It helps to add arms. Cope this video or learn this amazing technique off by heart for when you need it. Breathing deeply helps to bring us calm.
