Requirements
- 1. You should have a working knowledge of English
- 2. You need to arrange a Yoga Mat or Comfortable Chair-Comfortable sitting for doing few Mind Body Techniques
- 3. You should have a separate room or place and the same should be clean, airy and you should not be disturbed for about 1 hour
- 4. No Phone or other electronic gadgets allowed except the PC, Laptop or Mobile through which your are attending this course
- 5. Teenaged Boys and Girls suffering from Hypertension may attend this course if They know English (Kids are not be allowed)
Description
The Hypertension is the condition where you are not in homeostasis state, wherein the cells and systems of the body are in not in equilibrium, in which cells does produce diseased proteins and disturbed bio-chemical reactions affecting not only your cells but also adversely affecting the immunity. Hypertension is a state of anxiety and panic, due to production of cortisol and other hormones which lead to derailment of cells homeostasis state to non- homeostasis state leading to production of diseased proteins and bio-chemicals and accumulation of wastes in the body.
The Basic Course on these Powerful Approaches is to bring you out from this disturbed state and settle your body i.e. cells in a homeostasis state, using Modern Psychology, NLP, Quantum & Divine healing etc., and reinstate the natural hormone, protein production and re-establish the immunity back on the pedestal.
The course is divided into two sections Section I & Section II
In Section I, there are video lectures explaining the root cause of Hypertension due to non-homeostasis conditions of the cells & how cells and its basic functions is disturbed- Disturbance in production of right kind of Proteins and Bio-chemicals, Disturbance in the Gut and Suppression of the immunity.
In section II, there are videos lectures wherein modern Mind-body Exercises like Nostril and Diaphragm Breathing, Washing off and cleansing of Past memories and Hurts & unhealthy conditions, Quality recovery time to the body and mind, Creating a protective shield around you and Creating a new healthy self image freeing you completely unhealthy condition
The Powerful Mind-Body exercises of this course needs to be followed in letter and spirit
The person who has Hypertension conditions should preferably do these mind-body techniques for first 21 days two times in day --preferably in the morning and evening
After first 21 days, the techniques should be done at least once in day preferably in the mornings or evening for next 21X3 days without break.
From there onwards, it is up to person's individual choice. For continued great health, if you like you can keep on doing it.
