Yoga has great benefits, but most people think it is boring. If you are one of the people, then this one is for you!

I used to think yoga is boring although as a fitness specialist I always appreciated the fact that it has great benefits and can improve your overall fitness. One day I decided for the sake of the benefits to start practicing yoga and it was the best decision ever. Shortly after I stared my practice, I noticed improvements in all the other areas of training like improved stability and control when weightlifting, increased mobility and flexibility when doing high intensity workouts overall I felt stronger. I immediately fell in love with all the great benefits and decided to become a Yoga Teacher. For the last 8 years I shared this passion and knowledge with hundreds of people in my classes and finally decided to create this online course with the hope that more people will incorporate yoga into their workout routines and see the positive impact it has on the overall health and fitness. The workouts focus on the physical benefits of yoga, keeping the moves simple, accessible for everyone, with loads of options and a good balance between more intense poses in which you will feel your muscles working and calming poses that will release the tension, improve flexibility and mobility. And hey guess what?! The workouts are only 30 min and can be done complementing other types of training like cardio, HIIT, weightlifting, etc…
