Bulldog Yoga Online lets users of all experience and fitness levels practice yoga in a intimidation-free, non-judgmental format. With no intimidation, you can learn at your own pace and reap the many benefits of yoga. In this group of classes, you'll learn the basics and start to do yoga flows of longer lengths.

The mood in a Bulldog class is fun, energetically spirited, friendly and supportive. It’s more than ok to not be “great”, or even “good”, at yoga - though we’re pretty confident you’ll be feeling like a Bulldog bad-ass when you get your groove. After all, shouldn’t the time you spend with us give you a sense of achievement and put a smile on your face?

Bulldog courses are taught by experienced yoga instructors who know how to connect with their students and help them achieve their fitness goals. All of our instructors are certified by the Yoga Alliance and have at least 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
