In this lecture you will get a demonstration on the etiquette of shaking hands, how to shake hands effectively and when not to shake hands.
Based on the previous lecture, this activity will help you better your own hand-shake so as to make it confident.
This lecture talks about the need of managing our outer image which includes the elements of first impression i.e. Clothing, Grooming, Etiquette and Communication.

You will also check how perceptions are created based on what is visually seen.
