Welcome to the PTSD 2.0 or Post Traumatic Simply Dissolved Course. This course was designed to take you through a journey, a journey that is going to get you to create a foundation for your life.
You have been through a traumatic experience or experiences in the past, but that doesn’t dictate how your future should go, you do.
This course is going to give you a step by step guide to change your life, you will be back in control of your life and creating the future that you want by the end of this course.
The intro video goes over the best way to utilize the course and to make sure that you get exactly out of it what you are putting in.
I congratulate you right now and am excited (which I say a lot) that you are ready to take responsibility for your life and be in control.

Hello and welcome, I am so excited that you are here with me taking that much needed step towards your new life.
Now you will hear me say that a lot, " your new life" Because that is what I truly feel, the past is over, the situations that you have been through al through horrible and life changing even life controlling are over.
You have now decided to take back control, take your life to your next level beyond that time. I applaud you, I want you to really acknowledge what you have done, the choose that you have made to purchase this course, to take the first step towards post traumatic growth doesn't come easy, and I don't take that lightly.
I know that you had to cut a check to get this course, to have faith in me to give you the tools that you need to get your life from where you are today, to where you need to be.
That right I said need to be, you are in a place that is keeping you in a room with no exit, reliving an event from the past. An event that can't be change, that can't be undone, it's time to bury the past, and create your future.
So let's begin this journey together, at no point do I want you to feel alone, I hope that you have gone or are already apart of the PTSD 2.0 Group and are feeling like the support that you need is there and are taking it.

This lesson is all about getting you to understand more of you mind, are you stuck in what you have been told that you have a disorder, or are you ready to take the next step and find a solution.
You have to really look into the life that you are living and if you are going to be influenced by the doctors and the definition . or are you doing to raise above it and take control in your own life.
The more empowered we become is the more responsibility we take for ourselves.
If we have taken full responsibility for our own lives then it doesn't matter what other people say towards us, or react or respond because we know we are responsible for ourselves and everyone else is responsible for themselves.
A person who is empowered will take full responsibility for their flaws, their imperfections and their strengths and weaknesses.
You are not your past, and the things that happened in your past don't make you who you are, in a sense they can give you the strength to move into that next level that you are suppose to be at.
At any moment you can decided how you want your future to look and it doesn't have to do anything with the way your past has gone.
Learning to let go of what cannot be changed is one of the steps of being able to release your past.
Are you an Empowered person, or a disempowered person?
I know that you are here because you want to be empowered, you are ready to be at a place where you don't want your energy to continue to go down because all you are thinking about is all of the things that have gone wrong, or that event that has happened to you and you feel broken.
This week is one to remember, you have gone from living with your disorder to learning how to be empowered and a new person.
I hope that Module 1 gave you some great insight to what your past taught you and that you are able to leave the stress and worry back there.
Now in this module we are going to focus on building your foundation to who you are going to become.
Beginning the rebuild main focus is learning that you have knocked down the old you structure and you are beginning the process of building you.
Your state is usually created by the thoughts that are going on in your life, either from your past, Present or future, now i know you might be thinking, well that is every moment in life, and yes that is true.
In this module we are going to go over 3 fundamentals that you can change that will change your emotional state in an instant if you apply them.
We are often times reminded about our past especially when we have been through a traumatic experience, but when you begin to focus forward these is when you create the life that you want.
The past has happened, but it can't be changed, so when you are constantly focused on it, all it does is remind you of negativity. Because we all know we don't focus on the good things of the past as much as we should.
Let's take our gaze from the rear view and move it directly to where you are wanting to go.
Another great way to begin to feel empowered is to start to focus on something bigger than you. Bigger than the situation that you went through, take your focus off the "ME" and begin to focus on the world around you.
Today I want to talk about, where your focus is? Do you still think about what you went though, do you think about that event over and over in your mind, or have you started the rebuild and the moving forward.
Let's Get Started for today....
Growing through each event that we go through if we have a solid structure of how to build resilience we will easily build it and prepare for the next event.
When you learn about each of these pillars it will build your confidence for that next event and help you create the success and the happiness that you are looking for, for your life.
Resilience is what gives people the psychological strength to cope with stress and hardship. It is like a mental reservoir of strength that people can call apart when times get tough to carry them through without falling apart.
Instead of falling into despair or hiding from problems with unhealthy coping strategies, resilient people face life's difficulties head-on. This does not mean that they experience less distress, grief, or anxiety than other people do. It means that they handle such difficulties in ways that foster strength and growth.
Let me show you how...
This Module we want to get some clarity of your life, we are going to look at where you want to be.
The first step it to take an honest look at where you are right now, where are you in every area of your life.
This concept is all about taking appropriate action in your life, all it takes is 3 steps.
If you continue to take these 3 steps, you will ALWAYS achieve your goals.
We continue the building blocks, but take it very slow. This transition is going to take time, you are not going to wake up one day and not have to think about the past and that traumatizing event that you went though.
You should now realize that you are going to be able to get through anything, now that you have gotten through that tough event, you are at cause for your life.
This module is all about creating your own mission statement.
Well you have made it and I am so happy that you are here with me to begin to put a bow on this short life building journey.
Your story is something that you have been telling yourself since your event, that you are not good enough, you are defined by the event that you want through.
This module is all about rewriting your new story...
What are some things in your life that you are grateful for. Do you have a heartbeat? Do you have eyesight?
Do you have taste buds? When was the last time you were grateful for those.
I bet it has been a while and you know why because we are always thinking about what does or can go wrong, not what an amazing life we have.
Now what about the wins that you have had today have you looked at them or again just thought about the negative things that are happening in your life?
You have spend the last 3 and a half weeks learning about you and learning about how to grow into the new you. So What now?
Is it time to stop or is it time to continue your momentum forward?
OF course its time to continue moving forward, it's time for you to find out what you are good at, find out what your life purpose is and how you can use the past trauma to impact people's lives in the future.
Now here were are, today. I am so excited that you have made it this far, I know that you have grown so much in this almost 4 weeks.
Today we are going to review everything that we have gone over in this course so that we can refresh our minds and continue the momentum for the life that you are building.
I am super excited that you have graduated and you are ready to begin the new life that you are looking at making for yourself.

Finally, we work on creating your future, what do you want your life to look like? How do you live your life fulfilled everyday despite being diagnosed?
Your life from this day forward will not be the same, you will not be the same person you were before, but you are going to be a better person, one that is strong and can make it through any situation in your future.
Today is the first day for the rest of your life.
