Try to start your training Day 1 on a "Monday" if possible so then weekends (Sat-Sun) are your catch up days. If not you can start any day just note that after 5 days of training there are catch up days.
Many people launch the podcast from their mobile and publish it on AnchorFM. There is nothing wrong in doing that but most of them are not consistent, majority of them give up in just few weeks after they launch.
If you are someone who want to stay in the game of podcasting you have to think about long term. Investing a little bit in your equipment's will help you have good quality audio as well as built right audience. With ever evolving technology people don't like to listen to bad quality audio.
So think about recording space (at home), microphone, headphone (any) and a zoom or google account to produce a good quality episodes.
Please see the checklist and order your equipment's before you begin the course. By the end of week one you will start recording your trailer, intro and outro for your podcast. So go ahead an take one day at a time.

But practicing it will give you the confidence and the tonality for your voice.
