This course is built around one idea: the only way to know whether you are ready for the PMI-ACP exam is to sit the exam before you sit the exam.
Three full-length mock exams. 360 questions in total, and not one of them repeated across the three. Each mock follows the real format: 120 questions, 180 minutes, and the same domain weighting published in PMI's current Exam Content Outline. Mindset carries 28% of the questions, Leadership 25%, Product 19% and Delivery 28%, so the practice you get reflects the exam you will actually take rather than an even split across topics.
The questions are situational. The PMI-ACP exam does not ask you to recite the timebox of a daily standup; it puts you in a delivery situation and asks what you should do. So that is what you will find here: a team whose increments are approved but never used, a conflict surfacing in a retrospective, a Kanban board where work has stopped flowing, a sponsor asking for a commitment the data will not support. You choose, and then you find out why your answer was right or wrong.
Every single answer option carries its own written explanation, not only the correct one. Understanding why three options are wrong is what moves you from recognising answers to reasoning through them. Each question is also tagged to its domain, so when you finish a mock you get a breakdown that tells you exactly where to go back and study.
A suggested way to use the course: sit Mock 1 early, as a diagnostic, and expect it to be uncomfortable. Study the domains where you scored lowest. Sit Mock 2 a week or two later to check the gap has closed. Keep Mock 3 for the days before your exam, when what you need is a clean read on your readiness rather than more new material.
Who this is for: project managers, Scrum Masters, product owners and delivery leads who have studied the material and now want an honest measurement of where they stand. It is not a replacement for your study materials. It is the instrument you use to find the gaps in them.
Content note: these questions and explanations were developed with the support of AI tools and reviewed by the instructor.
