Download a workout timer for your smartphone. Set the timer for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest between exercises. Perform three rounds of this workout circuit, resting 30-60 seconds between rounds.
Note: If you get tired and cannot complete another jumping lunge or clap push-up before the 45 seconds are up, do regular push-ups or lunges rest through the end of that set OR rest until the next exercise.
