Go to a public space. Somewhere where quite a few people are walking around. Lay down and lie there for at least 30 seconds. Take a picture of your feet. Try to notice what you're thinking while lying on the ground. Write down your thoughts.

Now create 2 word phrases which are unique to you (e.g. create magic)

Means Goals: Goals that you have so that you can do something else. E.g. Money itself is a means goal to purchase something with it. The experience of that purchased something would be the end goal.
End Goals: Goals that are fulfilling and are not a means to an end. Growing a Tree has no means to it apart from me feeling good about it. I don't want to do anything else with that tree. I simply want it to exist.
